As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy services to clients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress
• Stay informed about best practices in the field of mental health and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP in the state of Minnesota
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
