As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy services to clients of all ages
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress
- Stay informed about best practices in the field of mental health and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP in the state of Minnesota
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
